When will my order ship? 

Here’s how it works: you place an order — we process — we ship — you receive. 

Standard processing takes 5-7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 days, depending on your location. 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Where do we ship? 

We deliver across India. For custom or bulk orders, delivery timelines may vary and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with images and a description of the issue. 

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Custom-made products, including duplex chandeliers, are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay, Shiprocket, or Gokwik (on our new website). 

We do not store your payment details and ensure complete data protection during checkout.

All Prosper Lighting products come with a 2-year warranty. 

This covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage due to mishandling or improper installation.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
